who are related together and cooperated in order
to keep the Peace in the world.
The name 'Shito' is the combination of 'shi'
and 'to' 
, the two first characters of the names of Master
Itosu  and
Master Higaonna  .
After Master Mabuni died, this
sign has been selected as the SHITO RYU KARATE DO
emblem to express intent of the founder of this
style.
